Forensic accounting requires a combination of strong financial acumen and investigative instincts. At MSPC, our team is trained to dig deep and help uncover irregularities and potential financial malice. If you suspect an employee of theft or believe there is waste or financial mismanagement occurring, we can investigate the situation. As Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs) our team members have specialized training designed to, not only spot fraud, but prevent it from happening. We also assist businesses and individuals who are entitled to royalty payments through a licensing arrangement in auditing a licensee to ensure they are making proper payments. We are often called up by legal counsel to provide litigation support in marital and partnership disputes. In these cases, we have provided expert witness testimony and participated in arbitration hearings.
